Department setup

Built around your department

Set up your department, organize your roster, and invite the users who support your operations. Fireground Manager separates permanent roster information from incident-specific changes so a temporary assignment can stay with the incident.

Configure your organization and invite authorized users.

Roster import

Load your firefighter roster using the supported CSV format.

Shared operations

Give users access according to their department roles.

Plans

Choose the access your department needs

Standard plans are available directly in the app through the Apple App Store. For larger teams or custom department requirements, contact the Fireground Manager team to discuss your options.

Plans are based on the number of people who sign in and use the app. Firefighters listed in your roster do not count toward that limit.
